Return & Exchange Policy
Our company promises that goods meeting the following conditions can be returned within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the customer's actual receipt date):

The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:

2️⃣ The product has been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on).
3️⃣ The product and its functional components and accessories show signs of wear and tear.
4️⃣ The outer packaging of the product is lost or severely damaged (excluding opened packaging), which actually affects the resale of the product.
5️⃣ Products that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and you were aware of this non-returnability policy at the time of purchase.
6️⃣ Other situations where the product is in poor condition and affects resale.
How to apply for a return 📝

Our customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Regarding Refunds: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly. Once the courier company receives the goods, they will notify us to process the refund. Our company will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
